- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪What a joke of a company, bought a wheelchair for my 7 year old son form their ebay store. wheel chair came faulty, i had no choice but to use it while i contacted them for a replacement, the reply was send a photo. i couldnt send a photo of the problem because it only happened when the wheel chair was in motion. i explain to them and ever since NEVER replied to my emails, ebay messages. My husband phoned thir customer service, always got through to the same person by the name of "Asif". I was told someone would reply to my emails / messages and/or get a phone call. Never did. We contacted them several times and each time getting through to the same person, repeating the issue over and over again each time. As if he had amnesia! it was strange he could never remember a customer who rang him twice a day (morning and late afternoon) about the issue with the wheel chair and that no one had got back to us for more than a week even with our regular efforts to get them to help us. I asked for the manager couple of times and never did they ring me back or come to the phone. An absolute joke of a company. One of the worsed experience i have had in a long time coming from a company that works with the NHS. DO NOT BUY from them Online or from their ebay store.by Priya RatnaniApril 04, 2017
