- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Medical and practice-staff are efficient and caring. However the online side of the practice lets them down ie making forward-appointments often very frustrating ecause the calender for 'next month' not put online yet! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪A very efficient highly organised surgery. Very good for annual checks as well as making appointments. The only slight downside is having to call more than once to get through although I have found that it is much improved recently.
